- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies and plans for program-level initiatives, including communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management.
- Conduct impact assessments, identify key stakeholders, and analyse organisational readiness for change.
- Collaborate with program managers, project leads, and subject matter experts to integrate change management activities into the overall program plan.
- Design and deliver effective communication plans and materials tailored to various stakeholder groups.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and training sessions to support knowledge transfer and capability building.
- Monitor adoption, track progress, and provide regular updates to program sponsors and leadership teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to change adoption and stakeholder engagement.
- Support the development of new processes, tools, and behaviours required to achieve program outcomes.
- Evaluate change effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in change management within large-scale programs or transformation projects.
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong understanding of program management principles and their intersection with change management.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, matrixed, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in data analysis, impact assessments, and reporting on change initiatives.
