MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES (but not limited to):

The Centre Manager for Office Properties at ESR Group is a pivotal role responsible for the oversight and management of our office asset portfolio. This position will ensure the smooth operation of our properties while driving tenant satisfaction and operational excellence.

·  Manage day-to-day operations of assigned office properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, cleanliness, safety.

·  Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

·  Oversee lease administration, renewals, and tenant improvements, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

·  Implement and monitor property budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

·  Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

·  Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce property operating costs.

·  Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects.

· Prepare reports on property performance, occupancy rates, and tenant satisfaction for senior management.

· Stay updated on market trends and propose strategies for property enhancements and marketing.


REQUIREMENTS (but not limited to):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or facility management, preferably in office properties.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles, leasing processes, and facility operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants and vendors.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations is preferred.
