Your new role

At QBE, our customers are at the heart of everything we do. As a Case Manager in our Self Insurance, Comcare Business, you will assist injured workers with their injury management and return to work plans whilst maintaining relationships built on trust with all stakeholders involved.

The key activities of our Case Managers in Self Insurance Include:

  • Provide a range of coordinated high quality case management services for portfolios under the relevant NSW legislation.

  • Contribute to improvements through proactively managed relationships, measured performance against expectations and contractual requirements, service standards and best practice delivery.

  • Prepare for, and participate in, cyclical events such as audits, claims review meetings, and association meetings.

About you

  • Must have experience in workers compensation case management, within Self-Insurance & Comcare Business.

  • Developed knowledge of workers compensation legislation.

  • Professional experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
