Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in our Jakarta office:
Career Products Analyst
We will count on you to:
-
Administer Mercer’s annual salary survey, along with our other market intelligence publications and compensation tools.

Analyze survey results and industry trends, providing insightful commentary.

Conduct statistical analysis and interpretation of data.
-
Prepare and manage large volumes of data for integration into survey analysis and reporting software.
-
Validate data submitted by clients and collaborate with them to address any inquiries.
-
Provide technical support regarding Mercer’s remuneration data and other products to both internal and external clients.
-
Respond to client queries regarding products, services and solutions.
-
Address client queries related to our products, services, and solutions.
-
Engage with existing clients to encourage participation renewals for salary surveys.
-
Identify and promote Mercer’s salary survey and other products to potential clients within the relevant industry sector.

skills and competencies to effectively manage smaller survey projects.
What you need to have:
-
2 to 3 years of consulting and/or HR experience or HR background.

Recent graduates from STEM, Finance, or Accounting disciplines are welcome to apply.

Prior expertise in conducting research, analyzing data and interpreting data trends.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships and collaboration.

Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Ability to prepare and manage large volumes of data to ensure accuracy in analyses.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

High level of numeric skills and attention to detail

Good business acumen and understanding of market dynamics

Ability to build rapport easily and maintain relationships with various teams/stakeholders.

Readiness to actively contribute to a collaborative, innovative team culture.

Prior experience in survey methodologies would be a plus.
