Job Description

  • Maintaining consistent and high-level execution of recurring responsibilities in relation to timely settlement fees to schemes (Visa and Mastercard) to avoid late fines and penalties and invoice processing;

  • Supporting own team in reaching main performance metrics targets and SLA's set to Operations organisation;

  • Meeting individual SLA's and KPI's set for the role;

  • Act as the primary point of contact for resolving any discrepancies or issues related to settlement payments or incorrect fees;

  • Work closely with Product, Regional Operations, Billing and Finance team to set-up settlement services according to scheme requirements;

  • Detecting and escalating domain-related problems and complex issues, ensuring timely and relevant communication with stakeholders;

  • Identify opportunities to streamline the settlement process, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors or delays;

  • Following operational procedures and keeping track of critical updates.

  • You’re a clear and honest communicator and able to articulate potential improvements.

  • You’re flexible with your work hours. We aim to help our global customers any time they need it, occasionally during weekends and holidays.

  • Bonus: You’ve worked with Visa/MC before or have worked in settlement processing roles.
