As part of our 2026 10-week internship program, Capital Group warmly invite for university undergraduates to apply for an internship opportunity within Investment Operations! This will be a 10-week internship between 11 May to 17 July 2026.
Capital Group’s Investment Operations Group focuses on delivering several key capabilities to Capital’s investment and distribution groups, supporting the investment process and distribution efforts.
Fund Platform
The intern would be anchored to the IST Information team which sits within the broader IST team, itself within the IO Fund Platform. You would get great exposure to our Australia and Luxembourg-based fund range. The IST Information team works directly with GPSD and GPI to deliver on fund projects, enabling growth platform activities and ensuring accurate registration and launch. We also work closely with client relations teams and data partners to distribute information about our funds to enable shareholder investment. We would look for the graduate to be exposed to a healthy mix of supporting daily operational activities as well as projects / initiatives. The team spawns 3 locations : SIO, GVO and LDO so the graduate would have good local support whilst also working with the broader / global IST team.
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.

* Temporary positions in Canada and the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
