As part of our 2026 10-week internship program, Capital Group warmly invite for university undergraduates to apply for an internship opportunity within Investment Operations! This will be a 10-week internship between 11 May to 17 July 2026.

Capital Group’s Investment Operations Group focuses on delivering several key capabilities to Capital’s investment and distribution groups, supporting the investment process and distribution efforts.

Core Operations
The Core Operations team is made up of various functions, including Equity and Fixed Income Trade Support, Corporate Actions and PACT (Institutional client account onboarding and servicing). The intern will be predominantly supporting the Equity Trade Support function but will have opportunities to learn from the other teams. The scope of work for Equity Trade support will involve ensuring timely processing and settlement of trades, generation of client reports, and providing operational support to clients and internal stakeholders. Also, there will be opportunities to participate in continuous improvement initiatives, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the team's processes.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
