Position Overview:

Cellebrite is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign and Program Manager for the APAC region. This role is key to developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive demand, build brand awareness, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background with a focus on campaign management, collaboration, and delivering measurable results.

 




 


Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development, execution, and management of end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, webinars, social media, paid media, etc.) targeted at law enforcement, intelligence, and public sector customers across APAC. Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and address regional needs.
  • Program Development: Design and manage a variety of regional marketing programs that engage key audiences and drive pipeline growth. These programs may include virtual events, digital marketing campaigns, and direct marketing efforts such as Account-Based Marketing (ABM), outbound telemarketing, and customer advocacy initiatives. Additionally, lead strategies for new product introductions, promotional offers, and other targeted activities that support business objectives and enhance customer engagement across the APAC region.
  • Global & APAC Alignment: Serve as the field business partner to Global Product Marketing and Growth Marketing teams, ensuring the smooth rollout of global campaigns by aligning them with APAC market requirements. Tailor global strategies to ensure local relevance and execute with necessary localization.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with APAC sales and collaborate with key marketing teams, including Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Communications and PR, and Marketing Operations, to ensure seamless execution of APAC-specific programs and alignment with regional business objectives.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and insights to measure campaign performance and drive improvements. Identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, innovative techniques, and process optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with broader business and sales strategies. Serve as the main point of contact for all campaign-related communications in the APAC region.
  • Budget & Vendor Management: Own and manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI while handling vendor management where required. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and work with global marketing operations teams to produce performance reports. Track campaign results, measure program success, and report metrics to stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay current with the latest marketing trends, tools, and AI innovations, and conduct market research to gain insights that support the development of forward-thinking and competitive marketing campaigns and programs.





Requierments:

 

  • Minimum of 10 years in marketing campaign management and account-based marketing, with proven success in driving demand and engagement through multi-channel programs.
  • Possess strong business acumen in the Public Sector with a sales-focused mindset, adept at understanding market dynamics and customer challenges.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, 6Sense, Monday.com, Qlik, and any additional applications in relation to a marketing tech stack.
  • Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of performance metrics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse marketing stakeholders and sales teams.
  • Professional English is a must, other languages a plus
