Key Responsibilities

Partner with product line or division management on cross-functional execution of programs to meet and exceed division and  financial goals

Coordinate product line or division portfolio prioritization and budget alignment

Ensure OPEX (operating expense) spending is in alignment with project plans and spending targets for division

Responsible for business process creation and continuous improvement

Manage and drive division COGS (cost of goods sold) reduction plans to deliver GM (gross margin)  targets

Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing and internal engineering team to turn product from NPI to HVM. Define supply chain sourcing strategy and address supply chain constraints. Drive the cross-functional team to address quality issues at manufacturing floor and customer sites.

Ensure all ePLC (enhanced product lifecycle) operational deliverables are supported and completed

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field
  • Technical experience in semiconductor equipment industry is preferred.

Business Expertise

  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services

Leadership

  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity 

Problem Solving

  • Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
