In this role, you will lead the Aesthetic Business Unit and implement the company's integrated dermatology strategy to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead the commercial operations of the Injectable Aesthetics business unit to achieve the company's objectives

  • Develop and manage the business unit's budget and execute strategies to meet company’s financial targets

  • Create and execute end-to-end marketing, channel, and commercial plans aligned with corporate and company strategies

  • Lead the team in engaging healthcare professionals through detailing, training, communication, and marketing campaigns to support the company's brand and product campaigns

  • Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily business operations

  • Manage relationships with local suppliers, advertising agencies, and communication agencies

  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes, and effectively communicate and implement them within the team

  • Provide industry and market intelligence, develop and execute strategic plans to outperform competitors

  • Foster a positive team environment through strong leadership behaviours, clear communication of expectations, building trust and respect, and leading by example

  • Utilize coaching and development tools to help team members reach their full potential

  • Provide significant input and support to achieve long-term goals for Galderma Singapore

Requirement

  • University graduate with a proven track record of 10+ years of experience, ideally in the Aesthetic or pharmaceutical industry

  • Effective presentation skills for management, public, HCPs, and sales forces

  • Ability to read, analyse, and interpret scientific and technical information

  • Preferably in a managerial position with hands-on experience in an aesthetic or pharmaceutical company, with strong connections and industry know-how
