Job Description

We are seeking a diploma holder (at least to 2 years of work experience) to join us, as the Business Support Associate, in our Sales Operations team in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or build a career in procurement management, vendor management and marketing. You stand a good chance if you have a growth mindset, are highly dependable and have the curiosity, drive and tenacity to build a career with a market leader in a Fintech industry.

The team

The Sales Operations team is a global function supporting Avaloq’s sales organisation, with responsibilities spanning APAC and key regions. The team acts as the operational backbone for revenue execution, ensuring discipline, accuracy, and efficiency across the end‑to‑end sales lifecycle. Within Sales Operations, the Business Support team plays a key role in enabling leadership effectiveness and ensuring seamless coordination across teams, while also supporting marketing and event execution in the region.

  • Serve as primary point of contact between the Global Head of Project Delivery and internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
  • Manage an intensive, multi‑timezone calendar, including prioritisation of requests, conflict resolution, and ensuring leadership focus on strategic priorities
  • Organise and facilitate executive engagements, including: Global leadership meetings, Partner and Client meetings, internal off-sites
  • Manage complex and ad‑hoc travel arrangements while ensuring policy compliance (visa, flights, accommodation) for Global Head of Project Delivery and APAC Managing Director
  • Support stakeholders’ expense submissions and tracking (e.g. Pro‑time)
  • Act as a coordination layer across teams, ensuring follow-ups and alignment on leadership actions
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure alignment across initiatives and maintain accurate records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenses
  • Support ad‑hoc marketing and communications projects
  • Manage vendor sourcing and coordination for marketing materials (e.g. promotional items, merchandise), ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery
  • Maintain and manage office and marketing inventories, ensuring adequate stock levels
  • Track marketing spend and cost efficiency, ensuring proper documentation and budget control
  • Support planning, logistics, and execution of internal and external corporate events

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • At least to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools/software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Confidentiality and discretion to handle highly sensitive, confidential and strategic information with utmost discretion.
