Job Description

Within this role, the candidate will be expected to:
• Design, develop and maintain databases, dashboards, reports and visualisations that support data-driven decision-making.
• Integrate and transform data from multiple sources to build unified datasets for comprehensive business analysis to uncover optimisation opportunities and growth levers.
• Present complex analytical findings in a clear, actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support project management execution activities for the implementation and operationalisation of strategic initiatives.
• Support design of strategic initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, improving operational efficiencies and promoting business growth.
• Develop presentation materials and reports for consumption of leadership and senior management with the Private Bank business and the wider UOB Group.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements.

Education / Experience Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics roles.
• High proficiency in MS Excel functions and logic formulas to perform advanced data analysis, build dynamic dashboards and reports, and automate tasks via Power Query and VBA.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics and BI tools (e.g. Qlik Sense, MS BI, R, Tableau) and/or proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python, Java, R, SQL) is a strong plus.
• Prior experience in the banking sector, and/or management consulting sector preferred.
