Job Description
Join our Business Resiliency Management group and play a pivotal role in ensuring our firm's resilience. In partnership with our business teams, you'll manage and deliver our comprehensive Resiliency Program. This includes coordinating recovery capability tests, and leading incident and crisis management efforts. Be part of a team that safeguards our operations and drives our success.
As an Associate in the Business Resiliency team, you will be responsible for resiliency reporting, governance and oversight support for the team, including providing Incident & Crisis Management support, to conduct resiliency quality reviews, and support with resiliency tests, exercises, large scale crisis events as needed. You'll have the opportunity to build strong partnerships across the entire business spectrum, from the front office to operations and technology, while engaging with senior leaders throughout the organization. You'll also collaborate closely with our internal teams, including Business Recovery Facilities, Technology, Global Business Resiliency Crisis Management, Audit, and Risk Management, to ensure a cohesive and resilient approach.
Job Responsibilities

  • Execute the firm's business resiliency policies, standards, and resiliency program.
  • Plan, coordinate, and report on business resiliency quality check reviews and testing events, including setting, monitoring, and governing resiliency test events.
  • Promote Business Resiliency knowledge sharing within the Business Management community through regular awareness sessions.
  • Assist with planning, managing, and coordinating recovery sites.
  • Prepare monthly reports and metrics for the resiliency team, and follow up on due diligence for any non-adherence.
  • Create resiliency presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions to gather feedback on disruptions requiring the Crisis Management Process.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with business/project management skills within the business, controls or operations functions.
  • Diligence and attention to detail, and proven track record on managing accurate and timeline reporting and data analytics.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills to work with a variety of cultures.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous and self-sufficient.
  • Able to work with a high degree of autonomy as well as part of a team.
  • Flexible to adjust to sudden changes to meet business objectives and deliverables.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills along with the ability to handle multiple assignments at the same time.
  • Provide ability to work within a team and independently.
  • Fluency in English.
