The Job:
Programme Administration
- Manage enrolment, registrations, and communication with participants.
- Prepare training schedules, venues (physical or online), and supporting resources.
Training Logistics
- Coordinate trainers, facilities, digital platforms, and technical support.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment before sessions.
Learner Support
- Provide guidance, reminders, and support to trainees.
- Monitor attendance, engagement, and completion rates.
Reporting & Quality Assurance
- Track training metrics (attendance, feedback, outcomes).
- Prepare periodic reports for management and recommend improvements.
Vendor & Trainer Coordination
- Liaise with external trainers, consultants, and vendors where relevant.
- Support procurement processes for training resources and tools.
Requirements
The Person:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations or programme coordination.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple schedules, logistics, and resources.
- Experience with learner enrolment, support, and engagement tracking.
- Familiarity with training systems, tools, and digital platforms.
- Ability to compile reports, track training metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Strong communication skills for vendor and trainer coordination.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement.
