Role Overview: We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to help build the engine that powers our sales team. You will work closely with leadership to ensure our processes are efficient and our data is accurate, providing the "Single Source of Truth" for our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Data Integrity: Audit and manage sales data within Salesforce to ensure reporting accuracy.
    • Process Optimization: Help document and refine workflows between Marketing and Sales.
    • Reporting: Assist in preparing performance dashboards and weekly sales reports for leadership.
    • Tool Management: Support the team in adopting and optimizing sales productivity tools.

What we are looking for:

    • Course of Study: Business Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or Engineering.
    • Aptitude: Strong analytical skills and a high level of comfort with digital tools/software.
    • Detail-Oriented: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mindset and spot errors that others miss.
    • Fast Learner: Ability to quickly grasp complex business processes in a rapidly changing environment.
