Key Responsibilities

-Collaborate with the BD/sales team to develop sales strategies and goals aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

-Identify target markets, customer segments, and competitive landscape to optimize sales effectiveness for global acquiring business.

-Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and market share of our acquiring solution.

-Implement effective sales processes and ensure adherence to best practices, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.

-Define and implement sales training programs to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed, covering pre-sales, onboarding and integration, and post-launch activities for global acquiring business.

-Collaborate with marketing and payment product teams to develop and deliver relevant sales tools, such as playbooks, sales scripts, and competitive analyses.

-Ensure effective onboarding of new sales team members, including product knowledge and sales process training.

Requirements

Job Requirement

-5+ years of experience in sales enablement and effectiveness, or a related role, preferably within the acquiring business, payment or financial technology industry.

-Deep knowledge of the global acquiring market, including emerging trends and technologies.

-Deep knowledge of acquiring solutions or with a successful track record of launching new projects in the payment industry, familiar with solution design, product features, fund solution, settlement and treasury system associated with payment processing.

-Understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices specific to acquiring business, across different life cycles of merchant service.

-Excellent leadership abilities with the proven capacity to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team.

-Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
