Job Profile Summary: 

As the Business Intelligence Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing data-driven insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making within the Strategy & Transformation Office. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Role Purpose and Overview:

As the Business Intelligence Specialist, you will focus on business intelligence and analysis, specifically in market intelligence, competitive intelligence, and strategic performance management. You will support strategic decision-making and provide data-driven insights to the Strategy team. Your role will involve conducting comprehensive market analysis, analyzing competitor strategies, developing performance management frameworks, and preparing detailed reports for senior leadership.

Impact of Role: 

This role will directly influence strategic decision-making, contributing to the overall success of the Strategy & Transformation Office. Your efforts will ensure that the team has accurate and actionable insights to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies and performance to inform strategic decisions.
  • Performance Management: Develop and manage performance management frameworks to track and report on KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership.
  • Internal Data Analysis: Analyze internal data for opportunities and map it with external insights to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.

Role Requirements / What You Bring to the Team:

You are a seasoned business intelligence professional with a strong track record of providing data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in market intelligence, competitive analysis, and performance management positions you as a key driver of the Strategy & Transformation Office's objectives. You excel in analyzing complex data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting actionable insights to senior leadership. Your ability to interpret internal and external data ensures that the Strategy team is well-informed and aligned with business objectives.

Working Experience:

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.

Education:

  • Relevant degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Language:

  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Additional Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
