Title: Business Intelligence Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the Business Applications and Finance teams, developing Qlik Sense dashboards covering the entire business. Primarily, this will be our core CRM, Financial and HR related applications, such as NetSuite, Salesforce, AdaptiveWorks, etc. Working directly with different levels in the organization to create reports or enable their team to self-serve. This person is excited to learn about our business and apply that knowledge to leverage systems to deliver high quality KPI’s.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Organize efforts with users to optimize the efficient delivery of BI solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the accounting and finance team, as well as the systems administrators to develop Qlik Sense dashboards.
- Ability to train users to self-serve using our BI solutions.
- Ensure consistent and accurate data flow among all of business systems accounting systems, such as different product SKUs, mapping of those SKUs, financial reporting, and other data points.
- Create new process automation/improvement and documentation.
- Guide requirement-gathering sessions with users to determine effective solutions (reports, automated processes, etc.) and translate the business needs into systems requirements.
- Create BI solutions that contain validated data and are scalable for the business.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- 1-3 years of Qlik Sense development is required
- Experience with similar tools such as Salesforce CRMA, Power BI or similar BI tools in preferred.
- Work experience related to enterprise applications (3 years minimum preferred – e.g. Salesforce and NetSuite are highly preferred)
- Knowledgeable about different functionalities of systems, databases and how they work – particularly at the technical level.
- High EQ - ability to listen and communicate effectively with users and leaders
- Comfortable solving challenging technical problems, while still being humble enough to admit when there is a knowledge gap.
- Very strong attention to detail and process-minded
- Organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and reliable
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
