Omise Singapore is rapidly growing and ready to achieve the next level of expansion in the market. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to focus on growing our market segments.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the Omise Growth team, reporting to the Country Manager. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be working entrepreneurially to create new business opportunities and deliver on a consistent pipeline of deals for the company.

What you will be doing

    • Generate new business, negotiate deals, and close contracts for Omise.
    • Identify and approach prospective mid-market and enterprise customers.
    • Build long-term relationships with your merchants.
    • Collaborate across different functions to close the deal.

    You

    • 3-5 years of experience as a business development, sales, or a relevant role.
    • Proven deal closer and strong communicator.
    • Experience in a Sales hunter role selling complex enterprise software, technical infrastructure or financial service
    • Experience in selling to enterprise merchants and financial institutions
    • Strong hunting and pipeline development skills
    • Experience in using a sales methodology
    • Have a relevant business network in South-East Asia.
    • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Have a natural curiosity and a can do attitude.
    • Strong acquiring knowledge
    • Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
