As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity, creating qualified sales opportunities for the Account Executive team. You will serve as the first point of contact between potential customers and Thales + Imperva — representing the brand, identifying potential clients, and understanding their business and security needs.

Missions and responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-quality outbound prospecting via phone, email, 6Sense, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to generate qualified leads.

  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads and run discovery calls to identify fit and interest.

  • Understand and articulate Thales + Imperva’s value proposition for Data Security and Application Security

  • Schedule and qualify meetings for Account Executives in territory.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in CRM (Salesforce).

  • Collaborate with marketing to support demand generation campaigns and events.

  • Track engagement metrics and continuously optimize messaging and cadence strategy.

Requirements:

University Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or Technology

Working Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales, business development, or SDR/BDR role — preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or B2B tech.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience working with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft(Drift Chat), 6Sense and other prospecting tools.

Personnel Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.

  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive attitude and a team-first mindset.

  • Understanding of cybersecurity trends and challenges is a plus.

Language:

  • Primary: English
