WHAT YOU'LL DOProspect & Qualify Leads: Research and identify potential customers and suppliers within target industries (e.g., media, public sector, legal, etc.) using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and CRM platforms.
Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls, emails, and social touches to engage decision-makers and generate interest in Veritone partnerships, channel partnerships and ecosystem
Educate & Pitch: Articulate Veritone’s value proposition, tailoring messaging to address prospects’ pain points and business needs.
Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities, scheduling demos and meetings for Account Executives.
Collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and align on campaign goals.
CRM Management: Track all activities, leads, and opportunities in our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) with accuracy and consistency.
Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Veritone’s product updates to enhance conversations with prospects.
WHAT YOU'LL NEEDExperience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role (SaaS or tech experience is a plus but not required).
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence prospects.
Comfortable with cold calling and navigating objections.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of SaaS technology or willingness to learn quickly.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) is a bonus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
