About the Role

At Workday, our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the frontline of our customer engagement, often providing the very first impression of Workday to future customers.
 

Based in our Singapore Office, you will use your experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors. You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Workday as a viable alternative to legacy ERP solutions. And you will help develop customers into key references for Workday.
As a BDR for Workday you will:

  • Evangelize and educate the market on Workdays technology and applications

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into Korean Market

  • Establish, build and nurture relationships with senior executives through developing an understanding of their business, the challenges they face, future projects and plans in order to address their needs with Workday

  • Be a trusted member of the regional sales team, collaborate with country managers and work cross-functionally with marketing to define joint strategy for developing the business

About You

We seek individuals who embody the Workday spirit and possess the following qualities / skills:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in both Korean & English is essential.

  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving & exceeding sales targets.

  • Market Knowledge: Proven knowledge & experience selling in the Korean Market.

Our Approach to Flexible Work
