What is the Opportunity:
We are building a world class sales organisation and we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us. The role will report into the Regional Sales Director and be responsible for helping to install a predictable, repeatable, and scalable sales force across Asia. Process, efficiency, and tenacity will be critical to our/your success in this role.
What will you be doing?
- Develop a repeatable, predictable, and scalable outbound sales engine.
- Partner closely with AE Managers to align on pod level strategy and execution.
- Hire, onboard, and train a team of BDRs.
- Build on our existing tech stack - Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator, and HubSpot (soon to be Salesforce) to automate data analytics.
- Closely track the metrics and unit economics of your business.
- Build and refine our sales cadences and outbound processes.
- Supercede the quarterly/annual targets we set for the business (pipeline, demo delivery, and revenue contributions).
- Collaborate with your peers across LATAM, Europe, and the US to ensure optimal progression for your team and business.
- Work closely with Enablement to ensure your BDRs are constantly learning and developing both soft and hard skills.
What are we looking for?
- Min 3 years relevant Management experience in B2B sales (ideally SaaS).
- Min 6 years relevant experience (ideally SaaS).
- Experience building/scaling a high performing BDR team.
- A track record of quota attainment as a sales leader.
- A people-first, and growth mindset.
- An exceptional appreciation and enthusiasm for your craft.
- The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
