Job Overview

As Business Development Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand partnerships across Central Asia. Your responsibilities include team management, strategy development, and direct client engagement.


Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

  • Set and monitor individual  sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
  • Provide information on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
  • Analyze performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
  • Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of Central Asian financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
  • Fluent in English and Uzbek Languages.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
