HERE'S HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with target audiences to contribute to growth in share of market and share of wallet. This will be achieved by relationship curating with Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) firms, individual LITs, and their supporting staff across Canada
  • Build a clear understanding and awareness of the insolvency industry by conducting regular reviews of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT). Scan the market for new business opportunities, concepts, and evolving approaches to insolvency management
  • Proactively realigning sales strategies to anticipate changing economic conditions to identify and capture opportunities
  • Continually monitor competitors in the industry and share relevant information within FCT
  • Maintain positive relationships with all customers by providing support and guidance, product and process information, investigating problems, and assisting in the development of solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Represent FCT’s Trustee Solutions division at industry events across Canada
  • Some travel may be required

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to own the relationship with 150+ different customers
  • Effective time management and self-governance
  • Knowledge of the financial services and consumer credit industry
  • Knowledge of the insolvency industry specifically is an asset
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to prospect, create leads, develop opportunities, and manage accounts while fostering close account relationships and generating new sales to achieve and exceed individual sales targets
