As a Guru you will be accountable for:

  • Identifying and driving strategic business growth opportunities to expand the company's market presence.

  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Conducting comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages.

  • Leading sales initiatives and campaigns to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

  • Developing strategic sales proposals and presentations that effectively articulate the value proposition.

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Demonstrates extensive experience in business development with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Exhibits strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

  • Possesses excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

  • Shows strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from market data and trends.

  • Highly proactive and self-driven, with strong leadership capabilities to drive team success.
