Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, technologies, and growth opportunities within the data center industry.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Prysmian’s data center solutions portfolio, including cables, connectivity products, and other relevant technologies.
- Monitor and interpret industry standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to data center infrastructure and operations.
- Formulate and execute a strategic growth plan for the data center segment, ensuring alignment with Prysmian’s overall business objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the data center market while supporting cross-business unit initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to build and strengthen relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, and industry partners.
- Represent Prysmian at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate business opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentations and market insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Partner with the technical team to conduct site visits, technical assessments, and solution evaluations in support of customer projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering with marketing knowledge related field.
- At least 8 years of work experience acquired from similar industry or large system integrator.
- Proficient knowledge in cabling solutions associated in Structured Cabling, Building Management Systems (Access Controls), Security and Fire Safety etc. Strong knowledge in management vendors, end users
- Experience in driving the brand through consultants distributor, partners training and events.
- Good command of English
- Good understanding of structured cabling solution
- Data center certification (CDCP) will be an advantage.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Independent and self-starter
- Presentation skill and knowledge in Microsoft Office
