The Business Development Manager will identify opportunities, maintain client relationships, ensure compliance with KYC/KYB, and represent the company at industry events.

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities (promote and sell Unlimit Accounts) among SMEs and large enterprises in tech, startups, VC-backed firms, investment companies, and e-commerce businesses
- Establish and maintain relationships with new business partners
- Leverage existing networks to build a strong pipeline for IBAN onboarding.
- Analyze client businesses from websites or introductory calls to quickly understand their monetization models and risk profiles
- Guide clients through the onboarding process, including documentation requirements for Hong Kong and Singapore entities
- Ensure full compliance with KYC/KYB standards and keep updated on local regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with compliance and operations teams to facilitate smooth account openings and ongoing client relationship management
- Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Client Relationship Manager, or Business Development Lead in the banking or corporate service provider sector
- Deep understanding of Hong Kong and Singapore corporate structures and related documentation
- Strong working knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML procedures, and business risk assessment
- Ability to assess a company’s business model and revenue strategy.
- Established connections within the SME, startup, and VC ecosystems across Hong Kong and APAC
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is a plus)
- Must be based in Hong Kong
