Job Summary

 

We are working with a leading provider of corporate services and business consultancy to hire a highly critical, motivated and strategic Business Development Manager. In this role, you will lead initiatives to generate new leads and engage with existing business partners. You will design and execute strategies in identifying new business opportunities, closing business deals and fostering long-term relationships with new client. You will play a significant role in the overall growth of the organization.

 
 

Responsibilities

 
  • Identify new client leads and be the consultant to new and existing clients on engaging, advising corporate clients in areas of structuring, incorporation, licensing, accounting, taxation and related topics.

  • Generate new corporate partnerships through various modes such as events, networking sessions, and ongoing relationship management of existing corporate partners.

  • Manage new client onboarding such as customer due diligence and KYC works for the Group.

  • Assist the Associate Director in developing channels of sales leads.

  • Conducts data analysis and prepares detailed report for new business opportunities as and when required.

 

Our Ideal Candidate

 
  • Has a Degree in Communications/Marketing/Business Management or related field

  • Has at least 8 years of experience in managing direct and indirect business-to-business sales channels; Previous experience in the Corporate/ Professional Services, Accounting/ Taxation industries will be preferred.

  • Has strong sales hunter mindset with proven ability to prospect, build pipeline, and

  • convert new business.

  • Self-driven, resilient, and confident in cold outreach, negotiation, and closing.

  • Highly proactive, persistent, and driven to achieve performance goals

  • Able to present and articulate well in both written and verbal communications

  • Can work well with colleagues across functions and jurisdictions
