We are growing fast across Southeast Asia, and we need a senior closer in Singapore who can open doors, run a consultative sale, and bring deals home in the USD 100K to USD 1M+ range.

The roleYou will own new client acquisition across Singapore and the wider Southeast Asia market. This is a senior individual contributor seat with real commercial autonomy. You build your pipeline, you run your deals, you close your numbers.
You will work alongside our pre-sales and delivery teams to shape proposals that we can actually execute on. No overselling. No hand-offs to a delivery team that inherits a mess. What you sell is what we build.
Deal sizes typically range from USD 100K to USD 1M+, across software engineering, AI and automation, cybersecurity, ERP, e-commerce platforms, and strategy consulting.

Build and execute a proactive outbound strategy. You hunt. You do not wait.
Develop senior-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and VPs across target sectors
Run consultative discovery. Translate business problems into technology solutions that actually solve them.
Manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation to signed contract
Partner with pre-sales and delivery to shape proposals grounded in delivery reality
Hit and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
You are a closer. You enjoy the chase, the negotiation, and the signature at the end.
You should bring:
6+ years selling technology services, software development outsourcing, IT consulting, or digital transformation engagements
A proven track record of originating and closing deals in the USD 100K to USD 1M+ range
Strong pipeline discipline and the patience to navigate multi-stakeholder, long-cycle sales
Executive-level presence and the confidence to sit in front of a board
An established network in Singapore's enterprise and technology ecosystem
Fluent English, written and spoken
Nice to have:
Exposure to AI solutions, SaaS, ERP, or content/digital experience platforms (PIM, DXP, DAM)
