What you will do:

·  Develop and execute the commercial strategy to expand access to, and adoption of, Inari thrombectomy therapies in Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia.

·  Build and sustain strong relationships with key physicians and stakeholders across interventional radiology, cardiology, and vascular surgery to drive therapy awareness and utilization in each market.

·  Plan and lead customer engagements, workshops, and clinical education programs to promote procedural excellence and improved patient outcomes.

·  Identify, develop, and support key opinion leaders (KOLs) and reference sites to strengthen clinical advocacy and regional influence.

·  Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Education, and cross-functional regional teams to deliver business plans and support new product introductions.

·  Provide clinical case support as needed to ensure consistent standards, patient safety, and best-in-class customer experience.

·  Lead, coach, and develop one direct report in Singapore, fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant culture.

·  Position Singapore as a regional center of excellence, leveraging local success to accelerate broader APAC execution and capability-building.

·  Support and elevate distributor teams across markets, ensuring strong commercial discipline, clear execution plans, and performance improvement as needed.

·  Represent Stryker and Inari at key congresses, trade shows, and regional events to build visibility, credibility, and momentum.

·  Drive the next level of leadership and growth by strengthening Inari’s position today while preparing the organization for future devices and market expansion.

What you need:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.

·  Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the cardiovascular or endovascular space, ideally in a leadership capacity.

·  Demonstrated success launching or scaling complex therapies in hospital settings.

·  Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior clinical stakeholders.

·  Proven ability to plan strategically and execute operationally across cross-functional teams.

·  Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

·  Ability to travel frequently within Singapore and occasionally within the region.

Travel Percentage: 10%
