The goal is to build strong relationship with clients, establish Neurons Lab as the preferred AI partner in financial services, and build an efficient, high-speed sales process using AI and strategic partnerships.

  • Achieve quarter sales quota

  • Maintain current benchmarks of conversion rates

  • Reach targets for generating leads from partnership channel

Areas of Responsibilities New Revenue GenerationPipeline Development
  • Generate 12+ qualified opportunities per quarter (SQLs)

  • Maintain >40% MQL to SQL conversion rate

  • Achieve average deal size >$50,000

  • Target FSI enterprises matching our ICP ($20M-500M ARR)

Sales Execution
  • Own full sales cycle from first contact to closed-won

  • Apply MEDDIC methodology for opportunity qualification

  • Achieve >25% win rate on qualified opportunities (SQLs)

  • Reduce average sales cycle to <90 days

Strategic Outreach
  • Execute multi-channel campaigns targeting C-suite and VP-level executives

  • Develop FSI-specific value propositions and use cases

  • Leverage AI tools to maximize outreach efficiency

  • Build multi-threaded relationships within target accounts

Partnership & Channel DevelopmentPartner Ecosystem
  • Generate 30% of pipeline through partner channels

  • Cultivate relationships with AWS

  • Contributing to joint go-to-market activities

  • Maximize partner funding and incentives

Market Intelligence
  • Monitor FSI market trends and competitive landscape

  • Identify emerging AI opportunities in assigned territory

  • Provide insights to AI Engineering team

Pre-Sales & Deal ManagementSolution Positioning
  • Articulate business value and ROI for AI initiatives

  • Coordinate scoping workshops with AI Engineering team

  • Lead proposal development, RFP/RFI responses and pricing negotiations

  • Manage contract process (MSAs, SOWs) through execution

Sales Operations
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline forecasts

  • Provide weekly revenue forecasts with confidence levels

  • Document sales plays and competitive intelligence

  • Ensure smooth transition to Account Delivery post-sale

Performance Standards
  • Activity Metrics: 50+ calls/meetings per month

  • Response Time: <24 hours for all leads

  • Forecast Accuracy: >80% on 30-day forecasts

  • Documentation: 100% CRM compliance

Skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

  • Systematic thinking

  • Strong collaboration and management skills

  • Result-driven & client-centric approach

  • Fluent in written and spoken English (Chinese beneficial)

Experience
  • Experience in complex enterprise sales in Financial Services ASEAN, APJ markets
