Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with a proven track record in IT Staffing or IT Services (Professional or Managed Services). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT Staffing / IT Services through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Develop a sales pipeline and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers (HR, IT Managers, Procurement).
  • Understand client needs and provide customized staffing or IT service solutions.

Proposal & Contract Negotiation:

  • Prepare proposals, RFPs/RFQs, and negotiate contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Recruitment, Delivery, and Operations) to ensure successful project execution.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

  • Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing client portfolios.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with the Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure resource availability and timely placements.
  • Coordinate with the Finance team for invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.
Requirements

🎯 Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development within IT Staffing, Professional Services, or Managed IT Services.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, skill sets, and technologies.

🎯 Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new clients, and meet sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
