Job Overview 

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive client acquisition and partnership growth across GCC. Your role will involve onboarding IBs, affiliates, trading academies and institutional clients while ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to GCC, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in GCC.
  • Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns.
  • Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events.
  • Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
  • Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Management, Marketing or any other relevant field. 
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC markets.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English language.
  • Strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in GCC.
  • Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
