For your first year: Bangkok will be your home base -> Singapore will be your playground (our first commercial market) -> Los Angeles will be your battleground.

Sales & Market Analysis: Analyze numbers, spot patterns, and drive decisions
Broker & Supply Chain Coordination: Work with logistics partners, brokers, and ops folks
Cost Optimization: Help build lean models that keep our margins tight and operations sharp
Retail Execution: Talk to stores, buyers, brokers, and get products where they need to be
Consumer Work: Run surveys, gather insights, get obsessed with what our customers want
Financial Modeling: Support commercial plans, pricing strategy, and what-if scenarios
Problem Solving, Daily: Jump in wherever things are messy and figure it out fast

0-2 years of work experience but think like a founder
Fresh grad with extensive internship or side hustles are super plus.
Studied business, engineering, or something analytical—but love to build in real life
Are fluent in spreadsheets, decks, and chaos
Love to be in both worlds of reading reports, analyze data and go on ground to execute and solve real problems on your foot
Thrive in fast-paced, unstructured environments
Are curious, resourceful, and love solving problems from the ground up
Can speak with a store buyer in the morning and debug a supply issue by lunch
