The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, expanding the client base in untapped verticals, and achieving aggressive sales targets. This is a highly proactive role focused on prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold outreach, networking, events, digital channels, and partnerships.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new corporate clients in greenfield verticals to grow the business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate proposals, quotations, and tenders with timely follow-up.
  • Oversee order fulfilment activities to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of customer orders.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce data (CRM) accurately to track sales pipeline and performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance tracking for management review.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or account acquisition — preferably in the consumer electronics or home appliance industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a hunter role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other reporting systems.
