As we expand our partnership ecosystem, we seek a Partnership Intern to support our Regional Partnership Team in identifying and managing strategic collaborations that drive business growth.


About the Role

As a Partnership Intern, you will be key in supporting the newly minted Regional Partnership Team in building and managing technology, logistics and transport partnerships. This internship offers hands-on experience in business development, partner engagement, market research, and strategy execution within a fast-growing SaaS company.

We are looking for someone who is:

If you’re interested in mobility technology, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation, this role will give you practical exposure to real-world business operations while working with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partnership Support & Research

  • Assist in identifying, researching, and evaluating potential software, logistics, and transport partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to track trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Support the structuring of partnership agreements by gathering insights and preparing documentation.

2. Partner Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Help manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners through regular communication.
  • Assist in preparing materials for partner meetings, presentations, and proposals.
  • Track and monitor partnership performance, compiling insights for optimization and growth.

3. Internal Collaboration & Strategy Execution

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, projects and product teams to support partnership-driven initiatives.
  • Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and operational frameworks for the Partner Program.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Support tracking key partnership metrics and compiling reports for leadership.
  • Help build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into partnership success and areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and partnership strategies.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in technology, SaaS, logistics, mobility, and business development.
  • Driven, with a proactive attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Street smart, able to think on your feet, solve problems, and navigate challenges effectively.
  • Process-oriented, structured in your approach to research, operations, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to navigate tools like Google Suite, CRMs etc

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous internship experience in business development, partnerships, or a tech-related field.
  • Basic understanding of SaaS business models and B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and data analytics.
