What you will do

As a Business Development Manager for Business Intelligence, you will play a leading role in the global roll-out of Revenue Insight, our platform that transforms PMS data into actionable business intelligence for hoteliers. Reporting to our Regional Sales Director, you will combine your deep revenue management expertise with a proactive sales approach to develop go-to-market strategies for your region. You will manage the full sales cycle for this high-growth product, working with both local hotels and global chains to help them visualize market segments, channels, and source markets more effectively.

Where you will have impact

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through prospecting, industry networking, and targeted email campaigns.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from responding to inquiries and delivering product demonstrations to preparing professional proposals and quotes.
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to achieve sales targets and maximize results within your territory.
  • Negotiate contracts that balance client value with commercial goals and ensure a smooth transition from trial to subscription.
  • Represent Lighthouse at international conferences and lead regional roadshows to build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Product Development team by providing direct market feedback to help shape the future of our BI tools.
  • Use AI-driven insights and CRM automation to improve your forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and overall sales efficiency.

About our team

You’ll be joining our Sales team within the wider Revenue department. We are a global team of over 150 sales professionals across 24 countries. You will be part of our APAC hiring department—a team of 36 people focused on growing our market share in both mature and emerging territories. We work closely with hotels and short-term rental providers to help them improve their revenue through our technology.

Who you are

  • Extensive experience in revenue management with a strong understanding of various Hotel PMS and RMS software.
  • Proven ability in business development, including planning, presenting, and closing deals with C-level stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw clear business conclusions from complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in written and spoken English and at least one other Asian language.
  • Adaptable and entrepreneurial, with the flexibility to travel and work across different time zones.
  • AI-curious and interested in how automation and data-driven insights can optimize your daily sales execution and results.
