We are looking for a Business Development AVP/VP to further grow our Corporate business across Southeast Asia. This role will be responsible for driving the full sales cycle, from business development and account expansion to project execution and client relationship management. It is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with experience in insights, research, or consultative solution sales to contribute to Guidepoint’s evolving corporate growth strategy and expanding product capabilities.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Drive outbound prospecting efforts to identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities across Southeast Asia corporate accounts
  • Build and manage relationships with existing strategic accounts to identify growth, retention, and cross-selling opportunities across Guidepoint’s service offerings
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, including client meetings, commercial discussions, proposal development, contracting, and delivery coordination
  • Partner closely with Client Service teams to ensure high-quality execution and strong client outcomes
  • Achieve designated business development, revenue, and account growth targets through disciplined pipeline management and commercial execution
  • Conduct client feedback and account review meetings to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities
  • Support the development of marketing materials, client presentations, and go-to-market initiatives for new products and solutions
  • Develop a strong understanding of primary research methodologies, industry trends, competitor landscape, and corporate clients’ strategic decision-making processes 

What You Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities with a solution-oriented mindset
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years in KPI- and metrics-driven business development or sales roles within insights, research, consulting, or information services industries
  • Experience managing corporate clients across multiple sectors in Southeast Asia markets preferred
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and high-profile clients
  • Strong commercial acumen, relationship management, and client-facing presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented team environment
  • Self-driven, resilient, and highly collaborative with strong ownership mentality
