We are seeking a highly responsible and detail-oriented AVP level permanent role to join a recently set up Business Change Support function. The role is to support front office (FO) & clients change stakeholder engagement all the way from the operational level to middle management for different change initiatives and business escalation events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the running of the bi-weekly Front Office & Clients Sounding Board with Market Head representatives, including but not limited to meeting administration, material preparation and follow-up on topics raised during the meeting.
  • Support the running of the ad-hoc Business Escalation Forum as required including but not limited to meeting administration, material preparation and follow-up on topics raised for business escalation incident with wide-spread impact.
  • Support the development of the end-to-end FO Organisational Readiness strategy and activities for large program rollout across front office teams located in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai and London.
  • Support any related activities including communications materials preparation, training and training coordination, post-rollout support triaging and/or overall logistics management for seamless rollout.
  • Support the design and track front office adoption metrics and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Support impact assessments and readiness evaluations, and facilitate decision making for impact management
  • Support “organizational readiness” working groups and engagement forums for effective FO engagement.
  • Follow-up with internal teams (e.g. FO, Business Management, Platform & Innovation, Client Onboarding and Financial Crime Compliance teams) to ensure alignment and timely conclusion of topics from stakeholder engagements.
Required Qualification and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in change management, transformation, or project coordination roles within private banking or financial services.
  • Proven track record in rolling out large-scale change initiatives, preferably involving CLM or CRM systems.
  • Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work with operational and middle management stakeholders across the bank.
  • Familiarity working with client-facing staff in banking is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
