We are seeking an AML Senior FBA / Project Manager to join the AML Technology and Operations team, where you will play a key role in supporting and driving Group Compliance initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with various technology and support teams across the bank.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end business requirements elicitation for assigned projects.
- Drive business discussions and manage project scope to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Engage in senior stakeholder management and provide regular leadership updates.
- Support the project delivery lifecycle, with a focus on the analysis, design, and testing phases
Requirements
- Experience: 7–12 years in the banking industry, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects or programs.
- Role Expertise: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in leading banks.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders independently.
- Domain Knowledge:
- Mandatory experience in AML and Compliance domains
- Familiarity with data analytics and tools such as Actimize, Detica, Fircosoft, Quantexa, Tookitaki
Desirable Skills: Exposure to AI/ML technologies and workflow applications is a plus.

Responsibilities
· Coach and drive squads and key stakeholders towards complying with the organization’s agile systems development methodology and agile ways of working by spearheading a mindset and behavior change, advocating agile and lean values and principles, and promoting and applying best practices
· Identify organizational impediments and dependencies restricting productivity, efficiency, and continuous delivery of customer value and propose creative, balanced, and applicable initiatives, execution plans, and success metrics together with justifications including real life examples and accurate data
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement, set strategic goals and milestones for squads, projects and programs to boost their capability in agile ways of working, put plans into effect, measure outcomes and take corrective actions, and mentor them to continuously climb up in agile maturity
· Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, project managers, system analysts, technical delivery managers, tribe leads, and chapter leads to discuss and improve health, quality and value delivery of projects and programs by providing comprehensive advice ranging from backlog refinement, quality user story creation and sprint retrospective to feature planning, program retrospective and scaling agile
· Work with multiple squads to assess current systems and processes, work on a strategy for enhanced adoption of agile ways of working, and ensure all squad, project and program level agile events are conducted on time with correct audiences, having the purpose of identifying key pain points and solving real-world problems
· Pinpoint areas of improvement, create and maintain engaging training materials, lead workshops and training sessions both virtual and in-person for squads and key stakeholders, track and monitor attendance and participation, and follow up with improvement actions to make sure a long-lasting positive impact is made towards a heightened level of agility
· Contribute to creation and utilization/implementation of agile delivery metrics, surveys, observations, polls, and heatmaps for continuous measurement of agile performance and maturity, and help squads to take corresponding refinement actions
Encourage and assist squads and stakeholders in correct usage of tools such as Jira and Confluence, and help find ways to protect the integrity and quality of the data entered
Requirements:
· 10+ years of experience in information technology, preferably in banking, finance, or a similar highly regulated domain with at least 5 years of experience in managing/delivering software projects using agile approaches across different work cultures and environments
· 5+ years of agile coaching experience starting with roles such as scrum master or product owner and organically advancing into coaching, coupled with a successful track record of driving agile transformation programs, projects, and initiatives including scaling agile across the organization
· 3+ years of people management experience and capable of leading a team by having excellent leadership, emotional intelligence, decision making, self-awareness and conflict resolution skills
· Exceptional stakeholder management skills and able to communicate with and influence both functional and technical stakeholders from various levels of the organization, in an authentic, clear, concise, and professional manner, both verbal and written
· Ready to comfortably drive persistent transformations and change initiatives by understanding both concepts and their real-life applications, getting aligned with the organization’s priorities, being aware of both external and internal best practices, and crafting creative, balanced, efficient, and workable solutions
· Unparalleled team player and prepared to work and deliver results with minimum supervision by taking initiative and accountability, working with strict timelines and under pressure, and dealing with ambiguity and resistance to change
· Holding multiple advanced- level agile certifications including scaling agile
· Experienced in working with teams located across multiple countries and able to interact with colleagues from different vendors, countries, and time zones
Business / Technology consulting experience at major companies will be a distinct advantage
Key Domain/ Technical Skills:
· Scaling Agile and Agile Coaching at scale (significant experience in coaching more than 1 squad)
· First class MS PowerPoint knowledge along with enhanced presentation skills to prepare and deliver concise and effective slides to complex audiences
Highly competent (admin level knowledge and experience) in commonly used productivity tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and good knowledge of DevOps processes and tools such as CI/CD, Bitbucket, Git, Jenkins and similar
