Requirements
- Demonstrable solid experience in the domain of requirement definition areas – this encompasses stakeholder identification, requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, and requirement review (a minimum of 7 years is expected).
- Hands-on experience in creating both a Business Requirement Document (BRD) and a Functional Requirement Document (FRD).
- Hands-on experience in all requirement definition areas: stakeholder identification, requirement elicitation, requirement analysis, and requirement review
- Business process analysis, mapping & optimization
- Options assessment & Feasibility Analysis, Benefits Analysis
- Experience handling requirement definition in the Markets Area for at least one of the following Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets: Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand, Australia, India, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam or Myanmar. Exposure to multiple countries would be a plus.
- For Markets Area, knowledge of Front-, Middle and Back-Office domain is preferred. Strong expertise in at least one domain is mandatory for markets area BA.
- Demonstrable experience in system design, system development, or validation. For candidates who have only been involved in validation, they should, at a minimum, possess experience in formulating and executing unit tests as well as system functional tests.
- An acute attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, precise, and extensive requirement documentation. This should align with the high standards established by senior leads.
- Proficiency in communicating fluently and concisely in both English and Japanese, encompassing both verbal and written communication (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test level 1 (JLPT1) required).
- The BA must have an amicable, can-do disposition along with the ability to encourage business users to participate in requirements gathering activities (i.e., interviews, workshops, document reviews, being shadowed, etc.).
- Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region to interact in person with customer’s Front-, Middle-, and Back-Office teams to gather the necessary requirements.
