Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical and driven Business Analyst to join our product team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product outcomes by translating data into actionable insights, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build impactful products.
Key Responsibilities- Drive product decisions by delivering data-driven, actionable insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify problem spaces and opportunity sizes
- Evaluate existing solutions to uncover gaps, opportunities, and potential synergies
- Conduct user interviews and research to define clear and meaningful problem statements
- Define success metrics (KPIs) and build dashboards to track product performance
- Analyze post-release performance to identify improvements and optimization areas
- Assess the impact of change requests and evaluate feasibility and resource requirements
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution
- Proven experience in data collection, analysis, and insight generation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Hands-on experience working end-to-end with product teams
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong understanding of business processes, product lifecycle, and user-centric thinking
