You will report to Manager for Operation based in Singapore.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will analyse potential impact of current and proposed business practices and plans.
- System Setup and Parts maintenance in SAP (Business Process)
- Be the support (SAP/PIM) for NPI/ PDN related projects.
- Date cleansing (in preparation for Windchill).
- You will be the centre of support for data automation.
- You will Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, developing, improve and implementing the solutions.
- Up-to-date information on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems and reporting.
- You will manage the complete analysis of team goals, goals and of the general business environment.
- Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
- Min. Diploma or degree holder for business related.
- SAP ECC /APO
- The ability to maintain accurate records, review data thoroughly, and ensure and compliance in day‑to‑day work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including maintaining structured trackers, analysing data, and supporting reporting and operational needs.
- The ability to collaborate across team members, convey information, and support cross‑functional coordination.
- PowerBI knowledge
