Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by analyzing requirements, designing systems, and ensuring effective implementation. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure successful delivery of solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Analysis & Documentation: Document business and technical requirements, workflows, processes, and system integrations in detail.
  • Solution Design: Collaborate with software developers, architects, and technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and performance.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes and identify areas for optimization and efficiency improvements through technical solutions.
  • System Integration: Work on system integration projects, ensuring that various systems and platforms communicate effectively and data flows smoothly across them.
  • Testing & Validation: Assist in the development and execution of test plans, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validations.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
  • Project Management Support: Provide support in project management activities, including timelines, risk assessments, and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain system documentation, including Business Requirements Specifications, data models, process flows, and architectural diagrams.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders to ensure the proper use of new systems and solutions.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • Experience:
      • 3-5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
      • Experience in requirements gathering, process modeling, and system design.
      • Good understanding of Data Management, Data Modelling and Data Integration principles
      • Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools, databases, or software development is a plus.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, system integration, and data analysis tools.
      • Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
      • Familiarity with software development processes and cloud technologies.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
