Overview
We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to be part of our team. You will be assigned to a Singapore Government project, where you’ll work directly with stakeholders to shape digital solutions that make a real impact on citizens’ lives. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to large-scale IT projects in the public sector, while sharpening your skills in business analysis, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery. Candidates with public sector experience are preferred, as this role supports IT projects for government agencies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain reliable Workday integrations using tools such as Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, and RaaS.
- Develop production-grade integration solutions with proper logging, error handling, and reusable components.
- Align integration logic with HCM business processes and ensure accurate data mapping across systems.
- Implement secure, compliant, and scalable integrations following governance and security standards.
- Configure reporting and monitoring mechanisms, including RaaS and outbound integrations with proper access control.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, enhance system reliability, and implement improvements for long-term stability.
- Communicate integration designs, risks, and dependencies effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices to uplift team capabilities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Workday integrations, including at least 2 full-cycle deployments.
- Proven expertise in Workday integration tools such as Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, and RaaS.
- Certification in Workday Integration Core or Workday Studio.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Experience applying security principles, encryption, and governance standards in integration design.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM/Finance processes and cross-system data mapping.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in troubleshooting and improving integration stability.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate across stakeholders.
- Experience in mentoring team members and contributing to capability development.
