Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Functional Business Analyst with strong expertise in Temenos T24 across Securities, Derivatives, Structured Products, and Treasury modules.
  • Drive end-to-end Private Banking implementations (minimum 2 completed) covering TAP, TDS, T24, and TDH with focus on:
    • Private Banking: Equities, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Private Equity, IPOs
    • Treasury: Forex, Forwards, NDFs
  • Lead automation initiatives including RPA and process automation projects.
  • Conduct PLW sessions, prepare gap lists, and translate business requirements into HLSD, FSD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with scrum teams, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure successful Agile delivery.
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and meetings with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clarity of complex concepts across business and technical teams.
  • Contribute to pre-sales solutioning for large, multi-entity or multi-country private banking implementations.
  • Provide practice management leadership including team building, functional/technical training, and development of reusable assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience as a Temenos T24 Functional Business Analyst in Securities, Treasury, and Structured Products.
  • Strong Private Banking domain knowledge, particularly in international banking environments.
  • Proven experience in at least 2 end-to-end Private Banking implementations with focus on TAP, TDS, T24, and TDH.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP) and Agile methodologies preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in writing HLSD, FSD, and user stories, and working within Agile delivery models.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and methodologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Confluence, JIRA, and other BA tools.
  • Demonstrates creative thinking, ability to generate innovative solutions, and identify new ways of working.
  • Experience in practice management, including mentoring teams and conducting trainings.
