The Business Analyst will gather and analyze business requirements for cheque clearing processes, defining specifications and supporting system enhancements in accordance with regulatory needs.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for cheque clearing processes.
- Work closely with business users and technical teams to define functional specifications.
- Map existing and future-state process flows related to SGD & USD cheque clearing.
- Support system enhancements, defect analysis, and UAT activities.
- Ensure alignment of requirements with regulatory and operational needs.
- Prepare business cases, BRDs, FSDs, and user stories as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking/financial domain.
- Mandatory: Domain expertise in Singapore cheque clearing processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with MAS guidelines, cheque truncation system (CTS), and clearing cycles is preferred.
