About The Role:

Are you ready to make a significant impact on Singapore’s digital transformation journey? Join us as a Business Analyst, where your expertise in Salesforce (SFDC) will play a critical role in delivering innovative ICT solutions to advance Singapore’s vision of a Smart Nation.

Collaborate with a dynamic project team—including Product/Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Technical Services Consultants—to identify business needs, analyze challenges, and deploy tailored Salesforce solutions for citizens, businesses, and public officers.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business teams to identify citizen and business needs through user-centric approaches like service journeys and develop business cases.
  • Collaborate with project teams to craft user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria, with a focus on Salesforce solutions.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, ensuring alignment with GovTech’s technology directions, such as cloud-based systems and Salesforce best practices.
  • Select and apply suitable development methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall) in outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house environments.
  • Plan and conduct testing, data conversion, and ensure successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
  • Analyze change impacts and drive continuous improvement to address evolving business needs.
  • Work with support teams to address technical challenges during the Operations & Maintenance phase, especially within the Salesforce ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years of experience (Consultant role) or 7 years of experience (Senior Consultant role), including hands-on experience with Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Participation in at least one full software or product development cycle, ideally using Agile methodologies, with significant involvement in Salesforce implementations.
  • Proven expertise in business analysis, application solutioning, and design, with a strong focus on Salesforce functionality.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce tools, modules, and integrations.
  • Strong analytical, conceptualization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • A motivated and driven personality with a passion for learning and applying knowledge.
  • Additional familiarity with areas such as Data Analytics, Agile Methodologies, Internet and Mobile Technologies, CRM, Knowledge Management, Service Design, or Cloud Solutioning is a bonus.
  • Past development or consulting experience is advantageous.
