Business Analyst, Revenue Management APAC (6 month contract)

This is a 6-month contract role and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Functional Discount Framework
- Support the project management efforts to roll out framework into the markets. This includes (a) coordination of key workstreams before, during and after market deployments, (b) consolidation of customer scorings and providing ad-hoc analysis & reconciliation based on business needs, (c) provide administrative support during the executional phase of the framework (e.g check whether all customer scorings are uploaded, check proof of documentation)
Others - Data Integrity & Analysis
- Support efforts to improve the adoption rate of Tech and Tools. This includes any heavy governance of data quality (at both Product and Brand level).
- Extract and analyze data on trade investments from tools such as Commercial Trade Planning (CTM) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM)
- Support any ad-hoc data collection from relevant partners and consolidate into required format to support business needs
Depending on business priorities, the scope of these workstreams can vary accordingly.

You will support the Revenue Management pillar within APAC Regional Commercial Development (RCD) team in Singapore with the purpose of supporting the roll-out of initiatives & processes in Revenue Management. This role will support the organization’s ambition to drive greater awareness of Trade Investment Spends with the end goal of improving the efficiency of Investment.
Do you have what it takes?

3+ years of experience in relevant industries such as Retail, Fashion and FMCG.

Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics

Experience with data analysis, sales operations and project management.

Proficient with Excel (e.g. Pivot tables) and Dashboards. Comfortable with handling with numbers and spreadsheets.

Experience working on deploying sales operation processes will be a plus. (e.g. Customer incentive frameworks, Trade Promotion tools)

Good interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple partners.

Ability to effectively prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks concurrently and pay meticulous attention to details.
